What does “Standard Episode Edit” mean?

A complete edit of your episode: syncing audio/video, removing unwanted parts, color balance, sound cleanup and mastering, and integration of your provided branding assets (e.g., logo, intro/outro, lower-third template).

What are “Standard Highlights”?

3 short clips extracted from your edited episode, with subtitles and visual effects. Ideal for promoting your episode on social media. (Each highlight is limited to a maximum of 2 minutes.)

Turnaround & revisions

• First episode: first cut within 3 business days of receiving all requirements (branding assets, names/titles, music/jingle), final within 3 business days after your feedback.
• Subsequent episodes: faster cadence - first cut typically 1-2 business days, final within 2 business days after feedback.
• Revisions: 3 rounds on your first episode; 2 rounds on subsequent episodes. Additional rounds can be quoted.
• Highlights per episode: First edit within 3 business days after the episode is approved. Final edit within 2 business days after your feedback.

Our delivery timeline for all services is based on business days, Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM Dubai time. The timeline may extend if episodes require extensive or numerous edits. Please consider this when estimating delivery schedules.

Notes

1. Studios and time slots subject to availability - book early to secure your preferred room.
2. Please approve final versions within 7 days of receipt to keep schedules on track.
3. We retain raw files for 1 month after recording and keep edited deliverables available for 8 days after sharing the link - please download and back up within that window.
