What does “Standard Episode Edit” mean?

A complete edit of your episode: syncing audio/video, removing unwanted parts, color balance, sound cleanup and mastering, and integration of your provided branding assets (e.g., logo, intro/outro, lower-third template).

You’ll receive

• Final episode master (MP4, Rec.709, 29 fps; 4K or 1080p)
• Mastered audio-only version of the episode for Apple Podcasts, etc.
• Final deliverables sent via Frame, raw files stored for 1 month after recording date

Best for

Creators and teams who want a clean, publish-ready episode using their existing brand assets - without advanced motion graphics or social clip packages.

Turnaround & revisions

• First episode: first cut within 3 business days of receiving all requirements (branding assets, names/titles, music/jingle), final within 3 business days after your feedback.
• Subsequent episodes: faster cadence - first cut typically 2 business days, final within 3 business days after feedback.
• Revisions: 3 rounds on your first episode; 2 rounds on subsequent episodes. Additional rounds can be quoted.

Notes

1. Studios subject to availability - book in advance to secure your preferred room.
2. Please approve the final version within 7 days of receipt; after that window we’ll assume approval to keep schedules on track.
3. We retain raw files for 1 month after recording and keep edited deliverables available for 8 days after sharing the link - please download and back up within that window.
